BiLevel S is a variant of Positive Airway Pressure devices. Rather than a constant pressure throughout the night, the device senses your breathing and captures your pressure range accordingly.
Higher pressure is needed during breathing to prevent apnea, hypopnea or snoring. During exhalation, lower pressure is applied to increase patient comfort. The BiLevel S device is especially useful for patients who need high pressure.
